Manager/Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Manage daily sachet water production and distribution. Supervise staff, monitor quality and hygiene Control inventory and production costs Coordinate maintenance Minimise downtime and wastage, and ensure timely order fulfilment. Prepare operational reports, enforce company policies and safety standards Resolve problems promptly, and take full responsibility for factory performance and profitability.
