Front Desk Officer

Putec is an Egyptian manufacturer of polyurethane architectural and decorative finishing products — cornices, wall panels, skirting, door frames, corbels, and PU stone — serving architects, interior designers, contractors, and finishing companies. We're hiring a Front Desk & Digital Engagement Coordinator to be the first point of contact for Putec, both in person at our Cairo showroom and online across WhatsApp and social media. You'll welcome visitors, manage calls, and handle customer conversations on WhatsApp along with comments and messages on our social channels. This is a great fit for someone who's polished and professional in person, writes clean, confident Arabic and English, and enjoys being the face of a brand both offline and online.

Good command of English and Arabic, spoken and written

Prior experience in reception, front desk, or customer-facing roles

Comfortable using WhatsApp Business tools and social media inboxes (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Strong, clean written communication — this will be assessed as part of the interview

Able to prioritize calmly when in-person and digital demands overlap

Able to use CRM tools, Google Sheets, or similar systems for logging and tracking

Presentable, professional appearance and manner

Interest in or willingness to learn interior finishing / construction terminology

Background or coursework in interior design is a plus
