PU Prime is a leading global CFD broker serving clients in 190+ countries. We are expanding our Nigeria operations and are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth, expand our IB network, and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and strategic partners. Bring an existing portfolio of active IBs, clients, and business relationships. Drive client acquisition, Net Deposits, trading volume, and revenue growth. Build and maintain long-term relationships with IBs, Affiliates, and high-value clients. Identify new business opportunities and expand PU Prime's client and partner network. Achieve monthly sales and business development targets. Monitor partner performance and provide regular performance reports. Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Senior Management to execute growth strategies.

Requirements

3+ years of Business Development or Sales experience in the Forex & CFD industry. Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and partnership management. Existing IB network, active client portfolio, and strong local market connections are highly preferred. Proven performance in Net Deposits, trading volume, and revenue generation. Ability to provide the last 3 months business performance records. Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, MT4/MT5, CRM, and IB partnership models. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused. Fluent in English. Willing to work onsite in Abuja or Lagos.
