Senior LNG Operator

• Manage end-to-end physical LNG cargo schedules, lifting plans, and vessel movement in alignment with SPA/MSA/charter-party contracts.
• Ensure all contractual operational deadlines (e.g., ADP notifications, ETA updates, cargo nomination notices) are strictly met.
• Handle shipping operations for chartered vessels.
• Ensure all necessary financial securities are in place.
• Appoint independent inspectors, expeditors and ship agents.
• Calculate and negotiate laytime, demurrage, boil-off/gas consumption claims, and operational price exposure, ensuring timely recovery of costs.
• Negotiation of term/spot contract with suppliers/buyers & review terms/conditions.
• Serve as the main operational focal point for traders, charterer, risk management, legal, and finance teams
• Ensure operational information is updated in the system of record in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure all necessary records are kept to safeguard Company’s legal & financial obligations.
• Set up monthly loading/discharging program (including ADP) with negotiation with supplier/buyer
• Update daily market price input as well as deal key-in into trade support system.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with all relevant stakeholders both internal and external to ensure smooth, optimal operations.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• More than 10 years of working experience in LNG.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in LNG origination is a must.
• Hardworking, results oriented, always strive for excellence.
• Analytical, strong numerical, LNG contract expertise and spreadsheet skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong team player with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast pace work environment.
