INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER

Job Purpose : Responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the company's business across international markets, including trade partnerships, distributor management, and export growth strategy in the FMCG sector.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in international business, export-import, or business development, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record in managing overseas distributors, agents, or trade partners.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, incoterms, and customs procedures.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to read market trends and competitor landscape.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP/CRM systems.
• Willing to work mobile / travel extensively, both domestic and international.
• Willing to be placed at PJS Tower, West Jakarta.
