Live Streaming Opration

Job Description We are looking for a Live Streaming Leader to lead and manage our live streaming team, ensuring high-quality broadcasts and achieving business targets. This role is responsible for supervising hosts and operators, optimizing live performance, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the live streaming team.
• Supervise, coach, and develop live streaming hosts.
• Monitor live streaming performance and ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Plan live streaming schedules, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Analyze live performance data and provide improvement strategies.
• Coordinate with the Operations and E-commerce teams to maximize sales performance.
• Ensure all live streaming activities follow company standards and platform policies.
• Train, and evaluate new live streaming talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in live streaming, e-commerce, or digital operations.
• At least 1 year of leadership or team management experience.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or other live commerce platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
