Architect Designer (Depok)

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience; prior experience designing F&B spaces is a strong advantage.
3. Basic understanding of design and graphic editing software.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Layout, and rendering software.
5. Strong communication skills and effective time management.
6. Creative and innovative in designing F&B or other commercial spaces.
7. Good understanding of design principles, construction standards, and technical drawings.
8. Preferably domiciled in Depok or nearby areas.

Job Description:

1. Designing F&B restaurant layouts.
2. Developing basic concepts for Fnb outlet.
3. Presenting design ideas to stakeholders.
4. Preparing budget estimations (BOQ).
5. Creating detailed interior working drawings.
