Project Management Officer Intern

Key Responsibility:

• Coordinate project timelines to ensure design installations and thematic structures are completed on schedule
• Monitor visitor journey implementation and project narratives across multidisciplinary teams
• Support design visualization reviews using tools (Figma, AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to ensure technical feasibility
• Conduct site context analysis and progress reporting to align physical elements with the initial spatial concept
• Bridge communication between creative, content, and technical teams to ensure smooth project flow

Qualifications:

• Active student in Product Design, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Interest in human-centered design, spatial storytelling, and experience design.
• Ability to communicate ideas visually (manual or digital).
• Familiarity with basic ergonomics, materials, and spatial planning.
• Proficiency in Figma or Project Management tools is a plus
