KOL Specialist

Responsibilities :
- Recently 1 year in KOL/affiliate/Influencer Management or in a similar position
- Familiar with affiliate methods and tools in ecommerce (Shopee & Tiktok)
- Accustomed to making project line/plan reports to be worked on
- Identifying links and/or databases from KOLs/affiliates/Influencers
- Analyze & monitor the performance of KOLs
- Monitor content, posting schedules and follow-up content created by influencers
- Maintain good relationships with Influencers and Influencer Management
- Meet the monthly target of KOLs
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 education for all majors
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Experience operating Tiktok and Shopee or working with MCN/Agency
- Preferably those who have been in Cosmetics and Skincare Brands
- Preferably those with Influencer Data in the beauty field
- Able to complete Multiple Projects according to deadlines
- Highly motivated, responsible and able to work with the team
- Have personal equipment (Iphone & Laptop)
- Willing to work in : Wisma Staco, Casblanca, South Jakarta
