Product Development (R&D)

Responsible for supporting the end-to-end development of oral care products, including material sourcing, product compliance, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams. Ensures product quality, regulatory readiness, and contributes to innovation and market-driven product improvements. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree; preferably Business or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven experience in Product Sourcing, including material evaluation and supplier coordination.
• Strong understanding of Product Compliance and regulatory standards for oral care.
• Skilled in Product Management from development to launch.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Detail-driven, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Strong collaboration skills, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
