IT Support
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and related IT equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of IT systems and applications
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all IT support activities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT processes and services
- Provide support and training for the ERP system and in-house applications (training will be provided)
- Manage and administer Active Directory, including domain joins and user access management
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, access control, LAN/WLAN networks, and VLAN setups
- Perform installation and maintenance of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and other essential software
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT Support
- Skilled in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers & peripherals
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking (LAN/WLAN/VLAN)
- Experience with Active Directory (domain join, user access)
- Familiar with CCTV & access control systems
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
- Good communication skill and ability to support/train end-users
- Willing to learn and support ERP & in-house applications (training provided)
