IE STAFF (INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING)

Job Description:

1. Conduct time study and calculate SMV.
2. Assist in line balancing and manpower allocation.
3. Monitor production efficiency and analyze performance data.
4. Support capacity planning and production target calculation.
5. Prepare IE reports and update production data.
6. Identify improvement opportunities to increase productivity and reduce costs.
7. Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Technical teams.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IE (garment industry preferred).
3. Strong understanding of time study, SMV, and line balancing.
4. Familiar with GSD system is a plus.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis & reporting).
6. Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
