Job Descriptions:

• Handling customer's complain and give information by Voice & Digital platform.
• Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in any major.
• Min. 1 year working experience in contact center industry (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply).
• Active and Good communication in English.
• Have a certificate for English TOEFL or IELTS min level B2.
• Willing to work on shifting 24/7.
• Willing to place in Jakarta.
• Able to join as soon as possible.
