Quality Assurance Tester

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct manual testing for CRM and SaaS platforms primarily Salesforce, Zendesk and Zoho to ensuring system functionality, data integrity, and user experience meet defined requirements.
2. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test documentation for functional, regression, and integration testing.
3. Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to review requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and define testing priorities.
4. Execute end-to-end testing across UI, API, and data layers to ensure system consistency and reliability.
5. Log, track, and verify defects using Jira or similar bug tracking tools, providing clear documentation and follow-up for issue resolution.
6. Support UAT activities and post-deployment validation, ensuring production stability after release.
7. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in manual software quality assurance, preferably testing CRM or SaaS applications such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Zoho.
3. Proficient in test planning, execution, and defect management, with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
4. Familiar with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and basic SQL for data validation.
5. Experience using test management and issue tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence.
6. Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
7. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
8. Hands-on exposure to test automation tools such as Katalon Studio, Selenium, or similar frameworks is an advantage.
