Head of Inventory

🚨 URGENT HIRING – Head of Inventory We are looking for an experienced Head of Inventory to lead our inventory operations, ensure stock accuracy, and optimize warehouse processes. If you have a strong background in inventory management and hands-on experience with ERP systems (especially Odoo), we'd love to hear from you. Job Responsibilities

• Manage internal transfers in Odoo for offline stores and consignee operations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory supplies and materials.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth product distribution and deliveries.
• Monitor, control, and optimize inventory levels across warehouse operations.
• Oversee inbound, storage, and outbound inventory processes to ensure stock accuracy.
• Conduct regular stock counts (stock opname) to minimize inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure all inventory records are accurately maintained and updated in the Odoo system.
• Prepare inventory reports and provide recommendations to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Lead and supervise the inventory team to ensure daily operations run effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Inventory, Warehouse, or Supply Chain, including experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (especially Odoo) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, stock reconciliation, and inventory management best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
