IT Security Engineer (SOC)

Job Descriptions :

• Monitor, detect, and respond to security threats and incidents across systems, networks, and cloud environments.
• Analyze security alerts, logs, and suspicious activities using SIEM, EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, WAF, and other security tools.
• Conduct incident investigation, threat hunting, and vulnerability monitoring.
• Monitor security across AWS/GCP cloud environments, APIs, backend services, and network infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain incident response procedures, playbooks, and security monitoring documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to strengthen security controls and prevent recurring incidents.
• Support security assessments, audits, compliance requirements, and security-related investigations.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Security, Cybersecurity, SOC, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in Security Operations Center (SOC), security monitoring, incident response, and threat detection.
• Familiar with EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, WAF, vulnerability management, and security monitoring tools.
• Good understanding of network and cloud security (AWS/GCP).
• Familiar with MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP Top 10, threat intelligence, and log analysis.
• Fintech, banking, or trading platform experience is a plus.
• Security certifications such as CEH, Security+, or equivalent are a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
