Our client, a well-established company in the financial technology / financial services in Indonesia in searching for an experienced Finance Manager to join and lead its Finance function.

The Finance Manager will play a key role in strengthening the companyâs financial management, reporting, budgeting, taxation, internal controls, and overall financial governance, while providing financial insights to support management decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and continuously improve the companyâs finance, accounting, and internal control systems.
- Manage monthly and annual financial closing and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, budget monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.
- Manage and oversee the companyâs taxation, including tax compliance, planning, and risk management.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, funding requirements, liabilities, and capital structure.
- Support management in financing, investment, and other strategic business activities.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax advisors, regulators, and other external stakeholders.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7â10 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience, with managerial or team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, cash flow management, and internal controls.
- Experience in Fintech, P2P Lending, Multifinance, Payments, Banking, Financial Services, or Technology companies is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Mandarin proficiency will be a strong advantage, particularly for communication with regional stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and multicultural business environment.
