Responsibilities: Provide personalized service to guests with professionalism Welcome and assist guests during check-in and throughout their stay Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments Prepare and serve food & beverages when required

Profile: Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar role Good communication skills in English Well groomed, polite, and professional appearance Strong attention to detail Able to work in a team and independently Flexible with working hours
