Estimator Construction (Civil/MEP/Interior)

PT Star Skykom Indonesia is a company specialized in interior design, construction services, and building renovation. Located in Neo Soho, West Jakarta.

Looking for Estimator / QS (MEP, Interior and Civil Project).

Qualifications & Experiences

1. Minimum D3/S1 Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
2. Minimum 2 years experience as an estimator in construction projects (MEP/Interior/Civil);
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and MS Project
4. Strong understanding of unit price standards in Jabodetabek and outside Java areas;
5. Target-oriented and detail-focused;
6. Strong analytical and calculation skills;
7. Good sense/taste in interior design is a plus;
8. Willing to conduct site checks and field verification;
9. Experience handling interior or renovation projects;
10. Able to prepare detailed cost breakdowns;
11. Able to work accurately under deadlines;
12. Able to speak in English is a MUST. Able to speaking in Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare RAB and RAP;
2. Develop detailed cost estimates and unit price analysis;
3. Create project time schedules;
4. Prepare material quantity and cost recap;
5. Conduct site surveys and measurements;
6. Understand client requirements and prepare survey reports;
7. Read and interpret 2D & 3D working drawings;
8. Coordinate with project team regarding budgeting and estimation needs;
9. Support project control and cost monitoring.
