Job Description :

• Responsible for sales and leasing of apartments, as well as acquisition of commercial tenants;
• Be responsible for the assistant work of franchisee opening after development, and assist customers to implement the opening goal as soon as possible;
• Record customer files, manage customer information, and visit customers regularly;
• Be responsible for investigating the market trends, adjusting the brand in time and optimizing the brand structure;
• Assist the brand merchants in brand promotion activities;
• Have the ability to negotiate with consumers independently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any major;
• 27-45 years old, more than 2 years of working experience, more than 1 year of working experience in the same position;
• There are brand resources and successful cases;
• Be familiar with the steps and workflow of business negotiation;
• Have the ability to work under pressure, high interpersonal communication and negotiation skills;
• Honest and trustworthy, dedicated and diligent.
