IT Infrastructure Administrator - Fluent English

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Infrastructure Administrator.
• Experience in the Shipping, Logistics, Transportation, or related industry.
• Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure and production environments.
• Hands-on experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux Server administration.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience with server installation, configuration, patching, and maintenance.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Good understanding of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and Firewall.
• Experience with system monitoring, performance management, and backup/restore processes.
• Knowledge of IT security, access management, and system hardening.
• Experience with IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and monitor servers and IT infrastructure.
• Install, configure, patch, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot server, system, network, and application-related issues.
• Perform regular backup, restore, and disaster recovery activities.
• Manage system access and security in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate with Network, Security, Application, and Vendor teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support system implementation, migration, and infrastructure projects.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures.
• Ensure system availability and stability to support daily shipping and business operations.
