Branch Manager Batam (Operation Logistic)

Responsibilities: Plan, directed, and controlled all operations within the service area of the branch in a way that provides maximum service to customers while maintaining a cost-effective branch operation and market services to customers by organizing and directing staff in providing in-depth account representation to meet and/or exceed targeted objectives. Have experience in selling domestic and international services.

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in any field.
• Required skill(s): Strong knowledge possession & proven experience in express logistic operation, Leadership Skill.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Min. 3 years experience International/Domestic Express Logistic, Experienced in Land, Sea & Air Freight Industry is a plus.
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager/Supervisor in Logistics Operations. Experience in sales roles will be a significant advantage.
• Experience in handling branch operations.
• Knowledge of the express and distribution industry.
• Good command of English (both written and verbal).
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong planning, organizing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Have experience in managing operation in Batam City & must be willing to work on-site in Batam.
