OTA Specialist
Job Description
- Manage all hotel listings and reservations across OTA platforms, keeping availability, pricing, and content accurate and synchronised, and preventing overbookings
- Manage day-to-day pricing: adjust rates in line with demand, maintain rate discipline, and run promotions where appropriate
- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries and messages received through OTA platforms, and coordinate with Reservations/Front Office for all other guest enquiries and bookings
- Manage guest reviews and online reputation across OTA platforms and Google, working to achieve consistently high ratings and responding professionally to all reviews
- Manage OTA relationships and listing health, including visibility, ranking, content (descriptions, amenities, policies), promotions, and issue resolution
- Drive direct booking growth through pricing strategy, offers, and rate parity, working with the IT Specialist on the website and booking engine
- Request photos and visual materials for listings from the Graphic Designer
Requirements
- Based in Bali and willing to work onsite
- Proficient in English
- Experience managing reservations and/or OTA platforms, ideally for luxury hotels or villas
- Strong working knowledge of OTA platforms and a channel manager / property management system (PMS)
- Strong numerical and pricing skills, with sound commercial judgment
- Clear communicator with a confident, outgoing personality
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
- Committed, proactive, and able to multitask
