Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, evaluate, and improve work processes, manpower, productivity, and layouts to increase production efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement bonus policies.
• Monitor the implementation and achievement of bonus targets.
• Analyze the need for and potential adjustments to the bonus scheme.
• Prepare reports on bonus implementation and evaluation results.
• Continuous Improvement
• Coordinate across departments

Qualifications :

• Minimum D3/Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in Industrial Engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of work measurement, time study, manpower analysis, and productivity improvement.
• Knowledge of wage and engineering work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other drawing software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to be placed in Kendal, Central Java.
