Your tasks

Jobdesc

• Provide assistance and information on product features.
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
• Helps customers with their questions and addresses issues regarding products or services.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Diploma Degree (all major).
• Able to work under pressure.
• Required Skill(s): communication skills.
• Preferably have previous experience as Customer Service
