FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX ASSISTANT MANAGER

We’re looking for a Finance, Accounting & Tax Assistant Manager who is analytical, strategic, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing complex financial operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance/Accounting/Tax Supervisor or equivalent supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Financial Reporting, and Internal Control.
• Experienced in financial statement preparation, tax reporting, reconciliation, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Able to review and analyze company expenses, transactions, cost structures, and financial data.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, confidentiality, and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards and Tax Regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Accounting/ERP systems.
• Experienced in financial data clean-up, restructuring, process improvement, and management reporting.
• Able to work closely with Management/Directors and provide practical financial and tax insights to support business decisions.
