KOL Specialist

Help us make coffee more relatable through creators who connect with our customers. We’re looking for a KOL & Influencer Marketing Specialist to manage creator campaigns from selection and briefing through execution and performance reporting.

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience managing KOL, influencer, or affiliate campaigns from start to finish.
• Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and social commerce.
• Ability to evaluate creators beyond follower counts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Confidence working with campaign data and turning results into practical recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently and raise issues early.
• Interest in coffee and the ability to translate product information into relatable content.
• Experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate, consumer products, e-commerce, or coffee is a plus.

What success looks like

• Relevant creators producing effective, accurate content.
• Campaigns delivered on time and within budget.
• Clear reporting against each campaign’s awareness, content, or sales objective.
• Consistent improvements based on campaign learnings.
