Performance Management Coordinator - SPX Express

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare, maintain, analyze, and present operational performance reports for strategic and management meetings
• Provide data-driven insights, monitoring, and recommendations to support continuous improvement across the Operations Team
• Collaborate with the Operations Excellence and Business Intelligence teams to develop and maintain automated performance reports and dashboards
• Ensure operational reports accurately reflect the latest processes, KPIs, and business requirements
• Contribute to the growth and development of the SPX Express team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or related company, preferably in a data analyst or operations performance role
• Strong data-driven mindset with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and performance dashboards; experience with Looker Studio is a plus
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Willing to be placed in Gama Tower, South Jakarta
