We are looking for a Female Furniture Sales Representative to join our team.
Position
Furniture Sales / Sales Consultant
Candidate Requirements
- Female, maximum 30 years old
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia
- Previous experience in sales, furniture, retail, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, friendly, persuasive, and customer-oriented
- Good negotiation and closing skills
- Able to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals
- Professional appearance and good attitude
- Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work according to showroom/business operating hours
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom or through online channels
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget
- Explain furniture products, including:
- Materials
- Dimensions
- Colors and designs
- Product features
- Prices
- Promotions
- Recommend suitable products to customers
- Prepare quotations and sales orders
- Negotiate and close sales
- Follow up with potential customers via WhatsApp, phone, and other channels
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Handle customer questions and complaints professionally
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams regarding customer orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom
- Keep updated on new products, promotions, and furniture trends
