Quality Manager

• Understand the rubber production process flow.
• Understand ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management systems.
• Possess quality management skills (complaint handling, laboratory methods, sampling systems, and product & material knowledge).
• Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare reports on quality and issues identified in production output.
• Coordinate with the production team to innovate and improve production outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Train production staff on product quality standards.

Requirement

• S1 Technology / Chemical Engineering / Biology or relevant field
• Min. 3 years in Managerial QC position (in the field of Rubber is preferred)
• Experienced in managing laboratories & external audits
• Know and understand the regulations and standards governing the Rubber industry
• Experienced in carrying out Root Cause Analysis and its implementation
• Strong technical background
• Strong analytical & decision-making
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Microsoft windows systems.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment
