Staff Inventory Parts (Maintenance)

Responsibilities :

• Manage the overall spare parts and ensuring timely availability and delivery of spare parts.
• Oversee spare parts and inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage.
• Maintain accurate spare parts inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliation and physical inventory checks.
• Monitor and investigate spare parts and asset losses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regular spare parts inventory, consumption, and parts failure reports.
• Track spare parts consumption and analyze parts failure trends to support inventory planning and operational improvement.
• Prepare regular reports including inventory accurary, utilization, loss control, and provide operational updates directly to Spv.

Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in spare parts, warehouse, and inventory is preferred.
• Proven experience in multi-site spare parts management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control parts, stock reconciliation, and asset management.
• Experience in spare parts consumption tracking, stock opname, and inventory reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple spare parts, and respond to urgent spare parts requirements.
