IT Officer

What You'll Do:

1. • Ensure daily IT operational standards are met across the company
2. • Configure and troubleshoot network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, CCTV, servers)
3. • Perform automated backups (data, files, databases, operating systems)
4. • Maintain data and network security
5. • Provide helpdesk support for internal teams
6. • Conduct capacity planning for IT infrastructure
7. • Coordinate with vendors regarding IT needs
8. • Liaise with government institutions when required
9. • Ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of the company's information assets
10. • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of company devices and IT equipment

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience (preffered)
• Advanced Linux administration (CentOS, RedHat, Ubuntu)
• Strong IT security knowledge, including Linux firewalls and Cisco ASA
• Routing & switching experience with Cisco, Mikrotik, and Fortinet
• Familiar with open-source tools, monitoring systems, hardware troubleshooting, and system backups
• Experienced in web & email server administration (Apache/Nginx) and virtualization/virtual machine management
• Virtualization and managing virtual machine (virtualization environment)
