Photographer & Retoucher

Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma; D3/S1 in Photography, Visual Communication Design, or related field is a plus
• Owns and is proficient in DSLR/mirrorless cameras
• Proven photography experience (prewedding, maternity, family is a plus)
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and exposure
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom
• Skilled in editing, retouching, color correction, and color grading
• Able to do basic compositing and image resizing
• Creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong aesthetic sense
• Able to meet deadlines and handle revisions professionally
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Handle photoshoots (prewedding, maternity, personal, group, family)
• Direct clients to ensure a comfortable and professional experience
• Operate camera and lighting equipment as needed
• Produce high-quality images using proper techniques
• Edit and retouch photos using Photoshop & Lightroom
• Perform color correction and overall image enhancement
• Collaborate with the creative team and ensure timely delivery, including revisions
