Senior Accounting & Tax Staff

About the Role Join our Finance & Accounting team at Tailtopia! We are looking for a hands-on Senior Accounting & Tax Staff to spearhead our financial reporting, multi-channel retail reconciliations, and tax compliance. You will lead full-cycle closings and safeguard inventory accuracy across our outlets and fulfillment operations.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full-cycle month-end and year-end closing process and generate timely financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Perform daily retail sales reconciliations across POS registers, payment gateways (QRIS, EDC), e-commerce platforms, and consignment partners.
• Supervise inventory accounting, calculate accurate COGS, analyze shrinkage variances, and coordinate periodic stock opname sessions.
• Manage end-to-end corporate tax compliance (PPN, PPh 21/23/4(2)/Badan), perform regular tax equalizations, and submit returns via e-Faktur & Coretax.
• Review accounts payable (3-way matching) and monitor customer/tenant receivables aging.
• Coordinate external audit processes and supervise junior finance team members.

What You’ll Need

• S1 in Accounting with at least 3 years of relevant experience (multi-store retail or FMCG background is a major plus).
• Demonstrated mastery in full-cycle closing, SAK/PSAK compliance, and Indonesian taxation.
• Proficient with accounting software/ERP and advanced Excel functions.
• Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving mindset, and high attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on-site and participate in field visits (stores/warehouse) during inventory audits.
