What You'll Do :

• Connect with customers through phone calls and deliver clear, engaging product information.
• Conduct KYC verification and ensure customer data is accurate and complete.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide a professional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate call records and meet assigned performance targets.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance procedures.

What We're Looking For :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
• Fluent English with a clear American accent.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling customer information.
• Experience 1- 3 year in Telemarketing, Telesales, Customer Service, KYC, or Call Center .
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
