Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Education, or Internal Audit.
• 2-3 years of experience as Quality Control, Internal Auditor, or QA/QC in the franchise/retail industry.
• Understands field audit sampling techniques, financial/IT data verification, and SOP compliance investigation.
• Firm character, highly honest, disciplined, independent, and possessing uncompromising integrity.
• Able to create objective, data-driven, and solution-oriented audit finding reports (CAPA).

Job Description:

• Conduct daily compliance audits via the IT system and periodic field audits to branches regarding SOPs and revenue
• Verify the accuracy of student enrollment reports (CR) at branches to prevent franchise royalty fee leakage.
• Compile audit finding reports and verify the implementation of corrective actions (CAPA) by branches.
• etc.
