Role ▪️ Drive daily factory operations to meet production & delivery targets ▪️ Lead coordination across Engineering, Supply Chain, QA, and Maintenance ▪️ Monitor & improve KPIs (productivity, efficiency, quality) ▪️ Handle troubleshooting & root cause analysis ▪️ Drive Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives ▪️ Support maintenance planning & reduce downtime
Qualification
- 5–8 years experience in manufacturing (hands-on role)
- Strong background in mechanical / electrical / fabrication / assembly
- Proven experience working on the shop floor (not only reporting role)
- Strong understanding of production flow & cross-functional operations
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing / TPS / TPM / Six Sigma
- Familiar with ISO standards & factory audits
- Strong execution, leadership, and problem-solving mindset
