Industrial Engineering Staff (IE)

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization in the production lines.
• Develop and implement SOP, conduct time studies, and monitor production performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and PPIC/Planning teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve production targets.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (Teknik Industri).
• Have 1 year experienced as Industrial Engineering
• Good command of basic English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of basic Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma principles, and data analysis tools.
• Willing to work in the factory area and work overtime.
• Willing to work in Jepara, Central Java (we prefer candidates from Jepara, Demak, Kudus or surrounding areas).
