To support our growing projects, we’re looking for a passionate Back End Developer (Spring Boot) to join our dynamic engineering team. What You’ll Do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Java Spring Boot.
• Design and implement APIs, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with Front End, QA, and Business Analyst teams throughout the SDLC.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Ensure compliance with banking industry standards and security best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Back End Developer (fresh grads with strong projects welcome).
• Solid experience with Java & Spring Boot framework.
• Strong knowledge of REST API, Microservices, and Database (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of Git/GitLab, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus).
• Good problem-solving skills & ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia & English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in banking/fintech projects.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
