Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our client’s F&B team. Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Manage team performance, staffing, and schedules.
• Ensure service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor sales, costs, and operational targets.
• Handle operational issues and drive improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
• Experience as Restaurant Supervisor, Captain, or Senior Waiter is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and costing.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good English communication skills
• Well-groomed, responsible, and customer-oriented
• Familiar with POS systems and basic operational reporting
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
