Risk Management Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, measure, monitor, and control company risks (market risk, credit risk, and operational risk)
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures in compliance with applicable regulations
- Conduct risk assessments on business activities, products, and operational processes
- Prepare periodic risk management reports for management and regulators
- Ensure effective implementation of risk management frameworks in accordance with internal policies and external regulations
- Provide strategic recommendations for risk mitigation to relevant stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Having experience in Risk Management, preferably in a securities company or banking industry will be an advantage
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and capital market regulations
- Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and systematic approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data analysis tools
- Must hold a valid WPPE (Wakil Perantara Pedagang Efek) certification
- Proficient in English will be an advantage
