Site Manager (Already in Bali)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Supervise site operations, including labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate and coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients.
• Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and identify potential risks or delays.
• Manage and control resources, materials, and manpower efficiently.
• Lead site meetings and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts.
• Ensure all documentation, drawings, and permits are properly maintained and updated.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager in construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Know and Understand ENGLISH (a must)
• Willing to work on-site in Nusa Dua
