Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Communication, or Marketing.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales (construction products preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Knowledge of concrete technology (ready mix concrete) and civil engineering specs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Understanding of sales models in the software or construction industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel and conduct site visits regularly.
• Valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle is a plus.
