Livestream Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily coordination and scheduling of Hosts for live streaming sessions.
• Coordinate closely with the Host and related teams to ensure smooth and synchronized live execution.
• Prepare and set up all live streaming elements and oversee and monitor live stream quality (bitrate, audio, camera, and lighting) to ensure stable and professional output.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during live sessions in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure all live sessions meet brand quality standards and visual consistency.
• Analyze performance data and provide insights and recommendations for future improvement.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and compliance with Live SOP and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience at least 2-3 years as live streaming lead or similar role in Agency, Beauty or Fashion industry.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a related field.
• Fluent in English is a MUST.
• Analytical Skills, Operations Management, and Project Management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willing be placement at Sunter, North Jakarta
