Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock opname of all store assets, including batteries, electric motorcycles, chargers, and other related equipment.
- Actively seek and engage potential customers through various sales channels.
- Assist customers with product information, test rides, and guiding them through the registration and purchasing process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction from inquiry to the delivery of the electric motorcycle unit.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Work closely with the logistics and after-sales teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
- Build strong product knowledge and stay updated with the latest models, features, and market trends.
- Drive sales performance by achieving daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in sales or retail, preferably in automotive or electric vehicle industry. Fresh graduate are welcome
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willing to work on-site (WFO) from Monday to Saturday.
