Process Quality Engineer (PQE)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Process Quality, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Quality Control, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, FMEA, SPC, and continuous improvement.
• Familiar with ISO 9001; knowledge of IATF 16949 is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively across departments.
