DIGITAL MARKETING INTERNSHIP

Requirements:

• Female, aged 20–23 years.
• Preferred majors: Marketing, Communication Studies, Digital Marketing, Business Management, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Available for a 6-month full-time internship (WFO).
• Foundational knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Digital Campaigns. Basic SEO knowledge is a significant plus.
• Capable of creating social media content, including caption writing and copywriting.
• Up-to-date with social media trends and has experience managing social media accounts.
• Genuinely interested in the cosmetics and beauty industry.
• Familiarity with current skincare and cosmetic trends is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a creative and proactive mindset.
• A strong team player who is eager to learn and grow.
• Willing to work at Cikupa - Tangerang

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the company’s official social media platforms.
• Develop content ideation specifically for the cosmetic contract manufacturing (makloon) industry.
• Conduct market research and surveys on the latest beauty industry trends.
• Manage content scheduling and monitor audience engagement.
• Provide administrative and creative support for marketing campaigns.
• Support various digital marketing activities and initiatives.
