Responsibilites :
- Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting of hardware issues.
- Manage system recovery processes to minimize downtime and data loss.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring hardware and system issues.
- Monitor system performance and health using monitoring tools.
- Schedule and perform regular preventative maintenance tasks.
- Install and configure hardware components, operating systems, and system software.

- Provide advanced technical support to users and other support teams.
- Train Level 1 support staff and users on best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Generate reports on system performance and maintenance activities.
