Area Manager Denpasar (Retail Alkohol)

About the Role At WineStop - Area Manager (Retail Alcohol), this role plays a key part in ensuring seamless operations across our outlets while delivering consistent, high-quality customer experience aligned with our retail alcohol brand. You will lead store performance, strengthen team capability, and drive sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities,

• • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple outlets, ensuring operational excellence and service consistency.
• • Lead, coach, and develop store teams to achieve performance and service standards.
• • Drive sales growth through execution of campaigns, in-store initiatives, and customer engagement.
• • Ensure product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently maintained across all stores.
• • Monitor and control inventory levels to support smooth operations and minimize waste.
• • Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve store results.
• • Support expansion and continuous improvement initiatives across outlets.
• • Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with brand standards and business objectives.
• • Manage budgeting, reporting, and operational planning processes.
• • Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions with strong leadership and communication.

Qualifications,

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• • 5-10 years of experience in multi-outlet Retail alcohol, F&B operations, preferably in a managerial role.
• • Strong understanding of retail operations, especially in alcohol industry & service-oriented environments.
• • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• • Work location at Area Denpasar, Bali (Batu Belig, Berawa, Sunset Road, Pererenan, Seminyak).
