Account Executive

📍 Available Location: Jakarta, Cikarang, Tangerang, Semarang, Batam

__Account Executive__ 🎯 Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop relationships with new clients while maintaining good relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client needs and provide solutions that match the company’s products/services.
• Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve the predetermined sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service processes.
• Prepare regular sales reports and client development updates.

✅ Qualifications:

• Minimum education D3 degree in any major (preferably in Management, Marketing, Communication, or related fields).
• At least 1 year of experience in sales/marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
• Having a personal vehicle and a valid driving license is a plus.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
